SOLD - 10¼" Gauge Steam Outline Petrol Locomotive

0-6-0 Petrol Hydrostatic locomotive built by Roanoke Engineering in 2006.

Originally built for the Poole Park Railway, later rebuilt and run at the Watford Miniature Railway.

Single cylinder 9hp petrol engine driving an Eaton 11 hydrostatic unit, then through a 90 degree gearbox and chain drive to the rear axle. Fitted with belt driven air compressor and all the equipment for single pipe train air brakes.

A simple rugged machine which has been proven in service and would be ideal for commercial use.

Locomotive is currently without a driving tender which will be required - we can supply parts for a tender or a complete tender at additional cost.
