Payment
We are able to take payment for orders through this website by card or by Paypal.
Dispatch Times
If an item is listed as in stock we should have it on the shelf ready for dispatch, usually within 7 days.
We don't offer or promise a same/next day dispatch - we dispatch all orders as soon as possible, if you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we will do what we can to help.
UK Delivery
We use three methods to send orders dependent on weight: Royal Mail 48, UPS courier or a pallet service.

Occasionally we may have some second hand items which are too large or too heavy to fit on a pallet. These will be marked up for collection only, although please contact us to discuss options if you can't collect as we may be able to arrange delivery.

Collection and Viewing
Collection and viewing of items is by appointment only please as the workshop is not always manned all day every day. As a general rule we are unable to accommodate collection or viewing at weekends or evenings. We also don't store items for an indeterminate length of time on the hope you might be passing at some point, so please collect items within 2 weeks of purchase.
