Dispatch Times

If an item is listed as in stock we should have it on the shelf ready for dispatch, usually within 7 days. We normally pack and dispatch orders on Mondays & Tuesdays - if ordered by midday on Monday it should be sent that week, any orders after that time may not be dispatched until the next week.

We don't offer or promise a same/next day dispatch - we dispatch all orders as soon as possible, if you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

 

 

UK Delivery

Please note we are currently unable to accept orders from Northern Ireland.

We use three methods to send orders dependent on weight: Royal Mail 48, UPS courier or a pallet service.

Occasionally we may have some second hand items which are too large or too heavy to fit on a pallet. These will be marked up for collection only, although please contact us to discuss options if you can't collect as we may be able to arrange delivery.

International Delivery

 Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship items to the EU.

We are happy to ship items to the rest of the world, please contact us with a list of the items you wish to order and we can provide a shipping cost.

 

Collection and Viewing

Orders can be collected from our workshop in Watford on weekdays by appointment, our usual hours are 10am - 6pm. We are unable to accommodate collections in the evening or at weekends. At busier periods e.g. school holidays we are not available every day - hence why collections must be by appointment.

If you wish to collect items, please contact us to place your order and arrange collection. We are able to take card payments in person for any collected orders.

Viewing of items, e.g. second hand items, is also possible by appointment - same hours as for collection!
