Usual delivery times after dispatch are:

• Royal Mail 2-3 working days
• DPD 1-2 working days
• UPS Next working day
• Pallet 2-3 working days

Occasionally we may have some second hand items which are too large or too heavy to fit on a pallet. These will be marked up for collection only, although please contact us to discuss options if you can't collect as we may be able to arrange delivery.

Dispatch Times

If an item is listed as in stock we should have it on the shelf ready for dispatch, usually within 7 days. We normally pack orders on a Monday and dispatch them on Monday or Tuesday - if ordered by midday on Monday it should be sent that week, any orders after that time may not be dispatched until the next week.

We don't offer or promise a same/next day dispatch - we dispatch all orders as soon as possible, if you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

International Delivery

Collection and Viewing

Orders can be collected from our workshop in Watford on Mondays by appointment, our usual hours are 10am - 6pm.

We may be able to accommodate collections on other weekdays but please contact us to confirm. At busier periods e.g. school holidays we are not available every day.

We are unable to accommodate collections in the evening or at weekends. 

If you wish to collect items, please contact us to place your order and arrange collection. We are able to take card payments in person for any collected orders.

Viewing of items, e.g. second hand items, is also possible by appointment - same hours as for collection!
