Large 4 Wheel Chassis Kit - Steel Frame Parts Only
A heavy duty bolt together 4 wheel chassis, ideal for building a wagon, coach or even a locomotive!
Constructed from folded steel channel with W Irons. All parts are laser cut with holes for simple bolt together construction. The W Irons will take standard take up bearings with a 3" slot
Four sizes available:
- 36" long x 18" wide
- For 7 1/4" gauge only
- Suits a 12" long axle
- 18" wheelbase
- 36" long x 24" wide
- For 7 1/4" or 10 1/4" gauge
- Suits a 12" or 16" long axle
- 18" wheelbase
- 47.25" long x 18" wide

- 2 x side channels
- 2 x buffer beams
- 4 x W Irons (10mm steel)
- 8 x W Iron keeps
- 4 x Channel to buffer beam angles
You will need wheels, axles, bearings, springs, nuts and bolts to complete.

If you are using your own wheels and axles, you may require frame spacers (click here) to space the side channels and W Irons further out. The 18" buffer beam has holes to suit a 12" long axle, the 24" buffer beam has holes to suit a 12" or 16" long axle.
