5" Gauge 4 Wheel Unsprung Chassis Kit

A simple 4 wheel wagon chassis for 5" gauge, supplied as a bolt together kit.

The frame is constructed from laser cut and folded steel, with 6mm holes on the top of the channel sections for you to fit your own floor or body to.

CNC machined wheels and axles, running in sealed roller bearings.

Parts are supplied unpainted.

Unsprung Kit 

Kit comprises:

• 2 x side channels
• 2 x buffer beams
• 4 x Channel to buffer beam angles
• 4 x Wheels (3 3/16" plain disc or 4" dished face - choose which you require)
• 2 x Axles
• 4 x pillow block bearings
• 2 x single slot type couplings or 2 x triple slot type couplings
• All nuts and bolts required to finish

Wheels and axles can be supplied as separate parts, or ready assembled
