5" gauge slate wagon, produced by Phoenix Locomotives.
All steel construction - the body appears rivetted together but welded onto the chassis. Wheelsets run in machined pedestal bearing housings containing sealed ball bearings. Correct hook/chain couplings fitted at the ends.
